Group Manager Asset Support
Andrew is responsible for the management of RME’s technical service operations. Andrew leads a dedicated team of asset support engineers and service delivery specialists who collaborate with RMEs Regional General Managers and Customer Support Technicians to deliver technology upgrades, major technical service programs, and day-to-day engineering support. Prior to joining RME, he worked for Hastings Deering, MANITOU BF and in multiple roles at J.C. Bamford Excavators Ltd (JCB). Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of Project Management.
Chief Customer Officer and Chief Executive Team Member
Cherylyn Russell is Russell Mineral Equipment’s Chief Customer Officer and member of the Chief Executive Team (CET) – a position of instrumental importance to RME. In this role, Cherylyn works across multiple domains to make certain RME is consistently delighting its Customers – not just through their experience with the RME Mill Relining System, but at every touchpoint. As each minerals processing operation is unique, so too is every Customer journey. Providing genuine care and individualised satisfaction to these Customers requires sustained focus, dedication and a strongly differentiated service. These are the true hallmarks of the Company’s 35+-year history and is what sets RME apart in the industry.
Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Team Member
Eddie is responsible for the profitable, sustainable growth of RME’s capital and Site, Service & Optimisation (SSO) equipment businesses and delivering commercial outcomes for Customers and stakeholders. Eddie drives global sales leadership and operational excellence across the capital and SSO business teams, ensuring they have the insight, capacity and capability to deliver for Customers. Prior to joining RME, he worked with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Relationship Management, Business Development, Senior Regional and Executive Leadership. He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting, Banking and Finance) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
General Manager Manufacturing
Geoff leads RME’s manufacturing function and is responsible for optimising manufacturing efficiency. Geoff is a senior supply chain professional and throughout his career he has managed multi-site operations plans for daily fresh supply and make to stock environments. He has extensive experience in using MRP Methodologies and real work processes for building solid finished goods and raw materials plans.
John B. Howard
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Team Member
John (or JB) has been RME’s Chief Financial Officer since 2009. John’s professionalism, perspective and steady financial management have played a key role in the sustainable growth and global expansion of business operations. He has over 30 years of accounting, finance and administration experience working in public practice as well as in the agricultural, manufacturing and distribution industries. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
General Manager, Product Management and Marketing
Keith Bishop joined Russell Mineral Equipment as General Manager, Product Management and Marketing in early 2021. In this role Keith is responsible for improving the commercial outcomes of RME’s products, services, systems and solutions as well as identifying, quantifying and communicating the value created from these to RME’s Customers. Keith joined the RME Leadership Team in 2022, to assist in the development of business strategy and help drive whole-of-business performance improvement initiatives. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in senior B2B product management and marketing roles in mining, manufacturing and distribution markets. He has worked with a variety of companies from global multi-nationals such as GE, to Australian family businesses and large ASX-listed entities such as Amcor and OneSteel (Arrium). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration specialising in Marketing.
Group Manager, Order Acceptance
Matthew Waterfall is Russell Mineral Equipment’s Group Manager, Order Acceptance – a role that bridges the gap between RME’s Customer-facing sales function and the manufacturing capability to ensure a seamless, fluid data flow, from the customer request, right through to the delivery of a highly specialised RUSSELL Mill Reline Machine. Matthew and his 30-strong team are responsible for supporting opportunity and order development, managing the dynamic and complex contracts process, facilitating the handover of orders to manufacturing, ensuring stakeholder expectations are aligned, and contract deliverables are met. As part of this, Matthew ensures that RME capital sales are equipped to gather the information RME’s production teams need for effective scheduling, manufacturing and assembly, and confirms its accuracy before it is passed on to them.
